For any other shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, the shipping fees are offered for any purchase of €60 or more.

Any order delivered outside the EU may be submitted to potential local taxes or custom fees to the entire expense of the buyer. DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES AND SWITZERLAND:
Delivery through Colissimo Expert in 2 to 7 days depending on the destination.
The shipping cost is computed according to the weight of the package and the delivery country, according to the current prices of Colissimo.

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD:
Delivery via Colissimo Expert in less than 4 to 10 days depending on the destination.
The shipping cost is computed depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery, according to the current prices of Colissimo.

FOLLOW-UP PROCEDURE

The follow-up number of your package is indicated in the section « my account – my orders », you may then be related directly to the transporter in order to know the state of your delivery.

RETURN PROCEDURE

May only be reimbursed the products that do not present any manifest default.
To that effect, we invite you to contact us at contact@gryo-bars.com.

TIMING AND PERIODS

At the returned package reception, we send you an e-mail to confirm you that we correctly received the package.
In the case of an exchange, it will be treated as fast as possible depending on the availability of the products in a maximum period of 15 days following the reception of you articles. If a product should come to be unavailable, we would contact you to notify you.
In the case of a reimbursment request, it will be done within the 15 days following the reception of your articles and automatically on the account associated to the banking card used for the payment or on the Paypal account used for the payment.
